What happens

  1. A customer-facing employee immediately confirms the slot back to the customer
  2. The appointment employee proposes create_appointment
  3. The proposal waits in AI Approvals for a human
  4. After approval the appointment is recorded and appears in Command Center → Appointments

If the time is unclear

VoxelEon never invents a slot — it asks "What days and times work best for you?" instead.
