Booking an appointment An appointment AI Employee turns a natural request into a real booking. What the customer says "I'd like to book an appointment for Monday 21st September 2026 at 4:30pm" VoxelEon parses the slot deterministically (ISO dates, "21st September 2026 at 4:30pm", "tomorrow at 4pm", "21/09/2026 16:30", "next Monday at 4:30pm") in your inbox timezone. What happens 1. A customer-facing employee immediately confirms the slot back to the customer 2. The appointment employee proposes create_appointment 3. The proposal waits in AI Approvals for a human 4. After approval the appointment is recorded and appears in Command Center → Appointments If the time is unclear VoxelEon never invents a slot — it asks "What days and times work best for you?" instead.

Managing appointments Open Command Center → Appointments to see every booking for your account, ordered by start time. - Filter by All / Scheduled / Completed / Cancelled - Each row shows the title, the customer and the local start time - Use Complete or Cancel to update the status Requirements for booking - An AI Employee with role appointment, autonomy assist or higher - The create_appointment tool permitted to that employee - A published/active status so it runs on new messages The appointment API is also available at GET /api/v1/accounts/:id/appointments?status=scheduled.
