Trial and lifecycle
- New accounts start in trialing with a countdown in Plan & Billing
- A trial that ends without payment becomes past_due, then canceled after a 7-day grace period
- A canceled account becomes read-only: writes return an upgrade message, but you can always read and export your data
Usage metering
Usage is counted per calendar month: SMS sent, campaign sends, review requests, payment links created, payments
succeeded and AI usage.

Actions that would exceed a limit are blocked at creation time with a clear upgrade message. Nothing you already have is
removed.
